Mobile Terms and Conditions

Program name: Cypress Oak Studios Order Updates

This is a transactional messaging program. If you opt in when placing an order, we send SMS text messages about that order — order confirmation, production status, and shipping or delivery updates. We also send internal SMS notifications to our own artists and staff alerting them to new orders.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

You join the program by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS updates box during checkout. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you will receive the same order confirmations and shipping notices by email whether or not you opt in.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You may also opt out by emailing hello@cypressoakstudios.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your order or your email notifications.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will typically receive between one and five messages per order — for example, an order confirmation and one or more shipping updates. We do not send recurring scheduled messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program is available on major US wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers, devices, or plans, and carrier support may change without notice. Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit US long code number.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We use Twilio to deliver these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may update these Mobile Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance.
