SMS Consent and Opt-In
Effective date: July 29, 2026
This page documents every way a person can opt in to the Cypress Oak Studios Order Alerts program. It also provides a public review copy of the customer checkout disclosure and the written consent record used by artists and designated staff. There are no other initial opt-in paths.
Customer order updates
Customers opt in from the shopping cart at stevetex.com or helentheartist.com before continuing to Stripe for payment. The checkbox is always unchecked by default. Checking it reveals a required US mobile number field. Leaving it unchecked does not affect the purchase or email updates.
Public review copy of the checkout disclosure
Review copy only—customer consent is collected and timestamped during an actual site checkout. Disclosure version: 2026-07-29.
Artist and designated staff order alerts
This written record is only for Cypress Oak Studios artists and designated staff. Complete it, print or save the page, sign and date it, and deliver it to the studio administrator in person or at hello@cypressoakstudios.com. The administrator verifies the person's role before manually enabling the number and retains the completed record as proof of consent.
